woot woot :)

well today another workout. did cardio today tho :) prolly lose 2-3lbs in the morning. so im happy. i had like 8 new personal bests in the gym today. forgot to do a couple excercises but ill be ok. i worked hard. arnold is such a great inspiration to me. someday... someday haha. someguy actually called me a beast in the gym today :D today is definitly a good day. except my ass. wow is it ever fucking sore. haha and for all the people who commented. thanks for the support :P if u ever need support or tips in the gym just ask ;)

  1. I wish i had the strength of will to work out like you do. I almost never work out and i'm certainly not consistent when i do. :( How do you do it? Do you enjoy working out? Or do you feel you have to? I'd love to know your secret.

  2. i love working out, its the best part of my day. when i dont feel like working out cuz im sore or im tired etc. i just go anyways and once im there i might as well work out. i write down everything i do at the gym, how many times, how much weight, whether it felt good or not, etc and the next day i have to work that muscle group (like legs for example) i read what i did last time and do it again. that way your consistent. i dont no if that helps :p
