yeah thats right haha 245lb bench press. i felt fuckin awesome. god im just revved i cant wait to get in the gym tomorrow FUCK! haha ridiculous. i love when people stare at me when i put the weights on the bench press cuz they think i cant do it then i just pump 6 reps and they keep staring at me and then i add some more weight. hahaha great feeling.
arms tomorrow. not my favorite day but still haha excited to pump some serious shit.

ReplyDeleteLol. I love showing people that i'm stronger than they think. like at work when i lift something that's 40 lbs and ppl just stare like 'did SHE really just lift that?!' (i know 40 lbs is nothing to you, but it's a lot to me. lol.) it's so much fun. Keep it up, mr. inspirational.
