i really dont no what to say but i had to update this haha sooo whats up with me i guess, well the gym has been going alright. not to many strength increases. but it will come soon. but yeah. though i should update this haha
im 17, ive hated my body for 17 years, and ive been working out now for about 6-7 months steadily and hard. my highest weight is 354lbs. and i was depressed. then football came to my school so i hit the gym and im now 300lbs. ive been struggling with an addiction of working out for 2 or 3 months. i HAVE to work out. its not a question. i take 6 scoops of protien a day, thermogenics, and other supplements that help me trim down and gain muscle. thats it. im not a roid freak. as u can see from my profile picture.
