the first blog. hmm. well im gonna try this whole thing out cuz a good friend of mine suggested t so Today i had Leg day. THE WORST FUCKING DAY!. and today was my squat repetition day. 150 squats at 230lbs. so tired and sore i just wanna lay down and die. wow i need a massage. coudlnt even do cardio cuz the gym was way to fucking busy. AGAIN. (like the 5th time in the past 2 weeks) so i feel extra fat now. prolly gonna put on another 5lbs to my flabby gut. oh well. ill work it off wednesday. tomorrow is a rest day. i can barely walk anyways. i still need to get up in strength if i wanna move up in football. i guess we will see how tomorrow morning goes. :/
Wow This morning sucked ass. im so exhausted, i have sleep apnia and can never get a good sleep. i have never felt my ass hurt this much. the stairs at school were a challenge. only 2 more hours to go.

its good you came on here. it might help to have people to talk to. i understand what its like to have to do something, even though it hurts,not because you want to but because your brain wants you to. its amazing how much you've lost, 54 pounds is like the weight of an eight year old!
ReplyDeletei know you and alot of other girls will have alot in common since most of them end up running for hours on end on a treadmill or spend hours at the gym. im pretty lazy myself. the most i do exercise wise is a dancing video, but i get a new pair of running shoes in a few days so im hoping it will be the motivation i need.

I overdid them and I couldnt walk up or down stairs or hills without being in alot of pain.
And by the sounds of it, I think you need to find a new gym if its getting really busy. If thats not inconvient.:)

Oh leg workouts are definitely the worst. I think my legs are the weakest part of my body because i just hate working them out... or maybe i hate working them out because they're the weakest part.. Either way, it sucks.
